It’s no surprise that we’re really passionate about good food. We love combining simple ingredients to bring forth the very best flavors in every dish we create, and then sharing delicious Italian meals with patrons who dine in, take out or have food delivered. At Sipipa, we want you to eat well, even when you need to eat fast. We’re proud of our food, and we know you’ll taste the quality.
Sipipa may be a new name to some, but Chef Ben began our business back in 1990, when we were serving customers under the name Sicily Pizza and Pasta. At our six locations in the Greater Houston area, we have become known for serving truly delicious, flavorful food. And we’re so proud to serve old-fashion Italian cooking to loyal customers for nearly 28 years!
But we’re also always very excited to show new customers and out-of-town guests how nothing beats fresh. Both our menu and mission have expanded, and in addition to stone baked pizza and fresh pasta, we also serve salads, subs, wings, pitas and desserts. If you’re traveling to Houston and/or trying Sipipa for the first time, here is an entrée in each category you should try:
You’ve likely had your fair share of delicious pizza with a red tomato sauce, but you’ve got to try our famous green pesto sauce! We’ve hand-selected the pine nuts, Italian spices and herbs that make for a truly magical pesto. Try it with juicy grilled chicken breast, savory mushrooms and gooey mozzarella, or create your own with up to four toppings.
Summer is the perfect time for a crisp, fresh salad. And when paired with large, sautéed shrimp, crunchy croutons, real parmesan cheese and our signature Caesar salad dressing, your taste buds will thank you!
Again, in the summer, you don’t want to overload on something too heavy. So we love suggesting this very light and flavorful option with angel hair pasta and sautéed chicken breast. It features fresh diced tomato, basil, garlic, olive oil and parmesan cheese. For an extra kick, add crushed red pepper.
You might not expect to have the best ever turkey sandwich at an Italian restaurant, but our version on freshly baked cheesy pita bread, stuffed with lettuce, tomatoes and honey mustard might change your mind!
It’s no surprise this is one of our popular subs… and for good reason! It’s like a perfect spaghetti, but instead of in a bowl, it’s tucked inside two perfectly made sub buns.
This satisfying combination of lemon and pepper is a must try for the wing connoisseur. Try them with ranch or bleu cheese dipping sauce.
